  • Do you travel outside of Memphis?

    Yes! We offer services outside our area. Please note: Trip Charges may be applicable and distance will determine if we can take a look at your project prior to booking. Accurate photos are imperative to share so that we can ensure we are staffed, stocked, and prepared for your project when we arrive.

  • Will I need to provide Electricity + Water sources in order to have my project completed?

    In a word: No. While this is preferred, we do have needed equipment to complete our work. However, if either is not available, it is incredibly important that you make us aware before we send our team to your job site. Your full disclosure is greatly appreciated!

  • What do I do if I have damaged my floor?

    While your Warranty does NOT cover damage, we are happy to work with you on a price to fix your floor that we have completed!

  • When is payment for my Concrete Coating due?

    Payment is due on completion of your project. We do not offer payment plans at this time.

  • How can I clean my floor?

    Our coatings are easy to clean! A microfiber mop head and neutral cleaning agents are safe for virtually any coating we offer. If you are unsure about a specific tool or chemical, PLEASE call us and we will confirm. We want your floor to last you as long as it possibly can!

  • I was quoted months ago. Is my estimate still valid?

    Please not, pricing adjusts over time. Our overhead costs, changes in service procedures, and changes to your floor can all affect the overall cost of your floor. If significant time has passes, please reach out for an updated estimate.
